Permission

This prompt is very simple - write yourself a permission slip for something that you long for.

If you're not sure what permission you want, perhaps start by writing a list of everything you can think of that you wish you had. More time. More rest. A weekend away. A mentor. A maid.

And then, look at what having those things would grant you - respite? Feeling supported? Space to breathe? A way to feel more like yourself?

As usual, there are no right or wrong answers, so choose what feels right to you.

And then, create yourself a permission slip for that thing (or for the entire list). Make it as elaborate or as simple as you like.

And THEN… use it, if you can.
